The data you provide us with when making a reservation (first and last name, address, contact details, photocopy of driver’s license, payment method and related details, tax information for invoicing) and data relating to your rental and related services requested by you (e.g., dates and stations for vehicle pick-up/drop-off, type, license plate and condition of the vehicle, services requested) are necessary for us to: manage your booking and fulfill the rental agreement concluded with you, including related services (e.g., customer assistance and any extra services you have requested, as well as exercising the related rights (e.g., management of fines or accidents and attribution of related responsibilities); comply with legal obligations, fulfill any additional charges in the event of fines, regulations, and EU legislation relating to the contract concluded with you and the services provided (e.g., in tax, accounting, insurance, and anti-terrorism matters); protect company assets (vehicle fleet) and driver safety in the event of an accident through the use of a vehicle tracking device, where installed with a geolocation function, to locate and recover the rented vehicle and reconstruct the dynamics in the event of an accident (e.g., collision); as well as request emergency assistance from personnel for medical or mechanical assistance.

The provision of data is mandatory for all that is required by legal and contractual obligations and therefore any refusal to provide them in whole or in part may make it impossible to provide the requested services. The company processes users’ optional data based on consent, i.e. through explicit approval of this privacy policy and in relation to the methods and purposes described below.

The data requested (e.g., first name, last name, contact details, address, driver’s license number) is necessary to manage your reservation and rental and to fulfill related obligations (e.g., tax, accounting, insurance). If you provide personal data of third parties (e.g., additional drivers), you must ensure that such third parties are informed and have consented (where necessary) to the use of the data as described in this policy.

Your data will be processed with and without the aid of electronic tools (including the vehicle tracking device). Please note that all our activities involving the analysis of your data and preferences will not be carried out exclusively by automated means, but will always involve the intervention and evaluation of our representatives.

The data relating to the rental will be processed for the time necessary to manage your rental and related services, as well as subsequently in compliance with the relevant legal obligations (e.g., tax and accounting); after which the data will be deleted or anonymized. The data collected via the vehicle tracking device installed on the vehicle will be processed only for the time necessary to manage the accident and recover the vehicle, as well as to protect the rights of ONMOVO MOBILITY SRL in the competent courts; after which it will be deleted or anonymized. The details of your rentals will be stored for a maximum of 12 months for the purpose of analyzing your rental preferences and habits, or 24 months for the purpose of contacting you with promotional initiatives, after which they will be deleted or anonymized.

Your data will not be disclosed and will only be made available (within the limits of their respective areas of competence) to persons authorized to process data at rental stations and the relevant departments of ONMOVO MOBILITY SRL. It may also be disclosed to public bodies, insurance companies, law enforcement agencies, and public authorities (e.g., in the event of fines, accidents, or fraud). The data will also be processed, as external data processors, by companies that provide services useful for the management of rentals and related services or that carry out marketing activities on our behalf, such as companies that: (i) manage rental stations (e.g., franchisees); (ii) analyze your data; (iii) process, manage, and send newsletters and promotional material; (iv) organize and manage market research; (v) manage the ONMOVO MOBILITY SRL sales network; (vi) manage and maintain the IT systems of ONMOVO MOBILITY SRL; (vii) manage the vehicle tracking system installed on our fleet of vehicles

Within the ON MOVO MOBILITY SRL rental vehicle fleet, all electric motorcycles available for rental sharing are equipped with a GPS geolocation system.
The processing of customer data collected by ON MOVO MOBILITY SRL through the GPS system fulfills the purpose of managing a geolocation system for motor vehicles and measures to protect the fleet’s property, in order to protect it from any illegal or fraudulent acts committed by third parties and/or customers.
The personal data provided will be communicated to the GPS service provider and/or the competent authorities for the fulfillment of legal obligations and/or provisions of public bodies, upon request.

The motorcycles supplied to ON MOVO MOBILITY SRL by Mondomoto S.R.L. – with registered office in Piazzale Luigi Cadorna 2, 20123 – Milan (MI), registered with the Milan Companies Register under number 12212370964, REA MI – 2647549, Tax Code and VAT No. 12212370964 – pursuant to a supply contract, identified by license plates, a list of which is available at the operational headquarters of ON MOVO MOBILITY SRL located in Rome, Via Cavour No. 80, are equipped with a GPS geolocation system.
The purposes of the processing of data collected by Mondomoto S.R.L. via GPS are as follows:
1) Repairs, maintenance, and tires:
processing necessary for the provision of repair and maintenance services (scheduled) or tire services on the vehicle and to analyze, predict, and actively manage maintenance and repairs.
2) Vehicle theft: processing of historical and live geolocation data necessary in the event of vehicle theft in order to:
– locate the vehicle and proceed with its recovery, in collaboration with the police;
– protect company assets by ensuring the vehicle is found quickly;
– manage the vehicle more effectively in the event of fraud.3) Accident management: in the event of an accident, the GPS is automatically activated when collisions with other vehicles, impacts against fixed obstacles, rollovers, or road departures occur, based on predefined parameters that indicate an accident has occurred.
The information collected concerns the location of the vehicle and certain usage parameters (e.g., speed, driving direction, frontal and lateral acceleration) and is used to determine the exact dynamics of the accident in order to:
– comply with the provisions of laws or regulations in the insurance sector;
– ensure prompt and timely claims management;
– protect the interests of the owner in cases of suspected fraud;
– protect company assets against illegal acts, providing useful information for insurance purposes and for the protection of any rights in extrajudicial and judicial proceedings.4) Mileage reporting: On-board devices can periodically collect mileage data in order to: – offer a proactive maintenance service, checking the need for maintenance and planning it; – protect company assets, ensuring that
vehicles are serviced at the appropriate times to limit damage from obsolescence or wear and tear; – guard against fraud perpetrated against the Data Controller through tampering with on-board devices; – verify whether the maximum number of kilometers that can be traveled as established in the contract has been exceeded.
The personal data provided will be communicated by Mondomoto S.R.L. for the purposes listed above to:
– parties that provide services for the management of the information system and communication networks (including email);– firms or companies providing assistance and consulting services;
– business partners;
– GPS service providers;
– competent authorities for the fulfillment of legal obligations and/or provisions of public bodies, upon request;
– for administrative and accounting purposes, the data may be transmitted to commercial information companies for the assessment of solvency and payment habits and/or to entities for debt collection purposes.
